![]() ![]() If you do find a 4k display that has a DVI-D connector, any signal coming in that way will be limited to 2560 x 1600 and the display will up-scale, since that is the max resolution of the DVI-D format. The 4k displays that I have seen all have HDMI and / or DisplayPort. The Radeon HD2600xt has two DVI-dual-link (aka DVI-D) outputs, right? DVI-D supports a max of 2560 x 1600, which is the native panel resolution of the silver Apple 30" Cinema Display, as well as many similar 30" displays like the HP LP3065 (I have three of those).
